The Ministry Development Committee (MDC) invites suitable candidates with a passion for ministry development, gospel-centred leadership and church revitalisation to apply for one of two distinct roles within the Presbyterian Church of Victoria (PCV).

If you are a Christlike leader with experience in pastoral ministry, or ministry coaching/mentoring and church leadership development, we encourage you to apply for one of these two distinct roles. Click on the title of each position below to read its position description and terms of employment:

Russ serves as Pastor of Reforming Presbyterian Church in East Bendigo, and as Teaching Elder he serves under the care of the North Western Victoria Presbytery. Russ is convener of the Ministry Development Committee of the PCV, and passionately is part of leadership development at Cruciforming.
